House Rules

1. Initial 30-Day Curfew
All new residents are required to follow a 6:00 PM curfew during their first 30 days, unless attending an NA meeting or with prior approval from the Housing Manager.

• Curfew is 10:00 PM during the week days and 11:00 PM on the weekends.

• If you are late more than twice in one week without giving at least 30 minutes’ notice, your curfew period will be extended.

2. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is observed daily from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure respect and rest for all residents.

3. NA Meeting Requirements

• Unemployed residents must attend at least 5 NA meetings per week.

• Employed residents must attend at least 3 NA meetings per week.

• A meeting attendance sheet must be completed and turned in during the Sunday house meeting.

4. Mandatory House Meetings

• Held every Sunday after 4:00 PM.

• Attendance is required unless you are working and have provided your work schedule to the Housing Manager in advance.

5. Room Inspections

• Rooms will be inspected at the discretion of the Housing Manager.

• If your room is found unclean, you will be expected to clean it and submit a photo confirmation by the end of that day.

6. Overnight Policy

• No overnights are allowed during your first 30 days, except in the case of a family emergency.

• After 30 days, you are allowed 4 non-family overnights per month.

• Family overnights do not count toward this limit but still require at least 24 hours’ prior approval.

7. Chores & Household Responsibilities

• You are responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness of the home.

• Weekly chores are assigned during Sunday house meetings.

• Failure to complete your chore will result in:

• Under 30 days: Curfew extension

• Over 30 days: Loss of one non-family overnight

8. Dishes

• You are responsible for cleaning any dishes you use.

• Dishes must be washed, dried, and put away promptly.

9. Respect Others’ Property

• Do not eat, touch, move, or take anything that does not belong to you.

• Violating this rule may result in removal from the house, depending on the severity.

10. Conduct & Behavior

• Absolutely no aggressive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior will be tolerated.

• This includes yelling, cursing, bullying, belittling, or fighting.

• Violations may lead to immediate removal from the program.
